The metal push button switch is a switch composed of a metal as a button, including a metal thin film switch, an anti-overwind metal switch, and a metal proximity switch. The metal film switch has a very thin metal film. The anti-overwind metal switch is mainly used for various cranes. The metal proximity switch is produced by foreign manufacturers.
The switch assembly of this metal push button switch is a rocker-type double-contact switch assembly. It consists of a moving contact piece between the blade and the lower static reed. One end of the moving contact piece is hinged to the cantilever end of the moving spring piece provided on the bracket. One end is connected to the bracket, and a push block is connected to the moving end tension spring connecting end. The push block extends from the upper surface of the switch base and touches the lower end of the button.
Because the metal button switch uses a rocker-type double-contact switch assembly, its switching action is faster, and the touch stability of the switch during operation is better, which can be adapted to use in a wider current and voltage range.
