Touch switch and other switches for 24 hours salt spray test procedure


1. Strictly implement the operation of acetate spray test to make it comply with the requirements of GBT10125-1997 and GBT6461-2002, and exclude the influence of human factors on the test results.


2. (1) The necessary equipment for the salt water spray test is a spray room, a salt water tank, a compressed air supply machine, a spray nozzle, a test piece holder, a spray room heating equipment, and a regulating device.


(2) The spray nozzle must not directly spray the test liquid towards the sample, and the solution accumulated at the top of the spray chamber must not drip on the sample.


(3) The test liquid dripped by the touch switch shall not flow back to the brine tank, but shall be used for the test


3. Operation steps


(1) Turn on the power of the salt sprayer, set the inlet pressure, and adjust the pressure to a pressure of 0.2 ~ 0.4MPa;


(2) Set the saturation barrel temperature, the neutral and acetate salt spray test saturation barrel temperature controller is set to 47 ℃ (40 ℃ --50 ℃); the copper accelerated salt spray test saturation barrel temperature controller is set to 63 ℃ (60 ℃ --70 ℃);


(3) Set the test box temperature, acetic acid and neutral salt spray test, the temperature control of the test box is set to 35 ℃; copper accelerated salt spray test, the test box temperature controller is set to 50 ℃;


(4) Set the test time, and set the spray cycle according to the test requirements, such as 24, 48, 72, 96, that is, one cycle is 24 hours, and the two cycles are 48 hours.


(5) Set spray pressure; spray pressure is 0.05 ~ 0.12MPa;


(6) The placement of the test sample, the main surface of the sample is inclined at 15 to 30 degrees from the vertical line, and parallel to the main direction of flow in the salt spray box, and the sample should be placed so that the salt spray can be free on the sample Ground settlement, the salt solution on one sample shall not fall on any other sample, and the distance between samples shall not be less than 30mm;


(7) Turn on the spray switch and the test begins;


(8) After the test is completed, turn off the spray switch and turn on the defog button. After 24 hours, after the fog in the test box is removed, open the test box to check the sample change;


(9) After the test, turn off the power switch


4. Preparation of the experimental solution


(1) Preparation of sodium chloride solution (neutral salt spray): Pour distilled water or pure water (deionized) into the graduated cylinder, the volume is 9.5 liters, insert the two connectors of the conductivity meter into the water, when the pointer is not offset Then confirm that the water is qualified. Weigh 0.5 ± 0.1kg of sodium chloride with a balance. The sodium chloride is required to be analytically pure. The content of NaI should be less than 0.1%. Since the impure substance may contain corrosive ingredients, the content of the impure substance should not exceed 0.3%. Put NaCl in water and gently stir with a clean glass rod until all are dissolved.


(2) Preparation of acetic acid NaCl solution (acetic acid salt mist): drop glacial acetic acid into the NaCl solution with a pipette, measure the PH value with a PH meter: check the calibration label of the PH meter before measuring. When the value displayed by the test pen is stable at 3.1 to 3.3, the solution preparation is completed. To prepare CuCl 2 acetate NaCl solution (copper accelerated acetate mist), add 0.26g / L CuCl 2 .2H 2 O to the solution described in 1 and 2.


Fifth, the precautions for the salt spray test of the touch switch:


(1) During the test, try not to interrupt it. If the interruption is caused by midway sampling (samples of different time periods are tested together), the interruption time cannot exceed 15 minutes, and the spraying must be stopped, the timing should be stopped, and the sampling Be quick. After taking the sample, close the lid in time, and restart the test after the temperature reaches the set test temperature.


(2) The amount of mist collected is 1 ~ 2m / L per hour. If the amount of mist collected is high, lower the spray tower, and lower the height of the spray tower.
